FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Financial Controller to manage the full spectrum of accounting and financial activities of the organization. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, budget compliance, tax management, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical accounting knowledge and a proven ability to lead high-performing finance teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare and review annual budgets and monthly forecasts in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions and compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver timely and insightful management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement, monitor, and improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Drive cost control initiatives and support operational efficiency improvements across departments.
• Ensure timely filing of all tax obligations and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities.
• Lead internal, external, and regulatory audits and ensure full compliance.
• Conduct regular finance team meetings and support the development and performance of finance staff.
• Maintain a culture of integrity, accountability, and collaboration within the finance department.
• Support CFO and executive leadership with financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by senior management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE / PREREQUISITES:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA or equivalent certification preferred).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial tools.
• Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to financial risk management.
